Time – How we waste more than we think!

The #1 excuse for not exercising is always time.

When you say “I don’t have enough time to exercise”, what you really mean is “I don’t want to spend any time on exercising because I would rather do…… (anything else)”.

Do you really think that you have absolutely no time to exercise? I bet if you added up all the time you spend on Facebook, Instagram, TV, sleeping in, staring at the kettle or having a beverage before dinner, you would have ample time to exercise.

Don’t ask yourself how much time you’re going to waste by working out a few times a week. Ask yourself how much of your life you’re going to waste being unfit, lethargic and overweight (Life Hack, Jon Brooks).

So before you waste too much time in reading another email from me, let’s get up and actually do something. Move that body, pump that heart and go forward in your day with energy and positivity about how much time you are going to spend on making your body run like a well oiled machine.
