Stacey Curcio is a qualified Naturopath (BHSc Nat.) with a Masters of Human Nutrition. She’s a Mum of two, is the owner of Cultivating Wellness, and is the nutrition consultant for Off the Track Training. She’s a self-declared science nerd, nature-lover and foodie who lives on a small hobby farm on the Capricorn coast in QLD with her family.
Stacey believes that Naturopathy is a powerful blend of traditional wisdom and current science. She also believes that nutrition is the most powerful tool for the prevention of chronic disease and maintenance of wellbeing; that food culture is just as important as food science; and that there is no one size fits all approach. To her, nutritional medicine (as important as it it!) is only one piece of the wellness pie, and that the thoughts we have and the lifestyle we lead are just as important.
